We’ll learn about a host of essential bone health nutrients, bone strengthening foods, spices, and lifestyle factors that help or hinder strong bones, beneficial nutrient testing and much more.
A fun tip to get you started - sesame seeds are a good source of calcium and magnesium. Using a good blender that will grind the seeds, add 1- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds to your fruit smoothies. I also like to add a handful of leafy greens, rich in bone and gut health supporting nutrients including vitamin K.

Join me for a small group setting workshop. Learn what you can do to strengthen your bones naturally. We’ll meet Tuesday evening from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. for three weeks in a row starting . We’ll learn about calcium, a host of essential nutrients to bone health, bone strengthening recipes, lifestyle factors that help or hinder strong bones and so much more.
A fun tip to get you started - sesame seeds are a good source of calcium, using a good blender that will grind seeds or grind them in a spice grinder and add 2 tablespoons sesame seeds to your smoothies.
